Student Complaint Process

Students wishing to file a complaint in a TN eCampus course must follow the TN eCampus complaint process:

  • Communicate all concerns with the instructor via email or phone.
  • If a resolution is not met, complete an APSU TN eCampus Complaint Form.  The complaint form should be emailed to the TN eCampus liaison at  The TN eCampus liaison will communicate with the instructor’s home school.
  • The TN eCampus liaison will communicate the resolution to the student.
