Student Complaint Process

Students wishing to file a complaint in a TN eCampus course must follow the TN eCampus complaint process:

  • Communicate all concerns with the instructor via email or phone.
  • If a resolution is not met, complete an APSU TN eCampus Complaint Form.  The complaint form should be emailed to the TN eCampus liaison at online@apsu.edu.  The TN eCampus liaison will communicate with the instructor’s home school.
  • The TN eCampus liaison will communicate the resolution to the student.
