This is the highest level of support. Technology Help Desk staff will be trained in these packages and the Office of Information Technology expects to be able to answer 99+% of all questions related to these applications.

Level 2:

All other software packages fall into this category. Please call with your questions and we will help whenever we can. Generally specialized software should be supported through the department that uses that software.
