Unlocking a Banner Account

The below instructions only apply to named accounts. If the account in question is a generic/shared account, please contact the
Help Desk
to have the account unlocked.
Log on to
APSU OneStop
.
Click
Web Self Service
.
Click
Employee
.
Click
Banner Password Resync
.
Click
ReSync
.
Close any open browsers and then reopen. The Banner account should now be unlocked.
