Unlocking a Banner Account

The below instructions only apply to named accounts. If the account in question is a generic/shared account, please contact the Help Desk to have the account unlocked.
- Log on to APSU OneStop.
- Click Web Self Service.

- Click Employee.

- Click Banner Password Resync.

- Click ReSync.

- Close any open browsers and then reopen. The Banner account should now be unlocked.
