The following steps can only be completed on the PC version of OneNote.
- In OneNote, click + Add Page on the right side of the screen.
- Along the top, click View, and then click Paper Size.
- Make desired changes to the size, orientation, and margins of the page on the right. Add any content you'd like to be part of the template on the left. Click Save current page as a template.
- Give the template a name and click Save.
