IMPORTANT: Try to user your browser's "Incognito Mode" (Google Chrome) or "Private Window" (Firefox) before attempting to clear your browser's cache. It's easier, quicker, and you don't have to erase any browser data.
Google Chrome
- Click the three dots in the upper-right corner, and then click "Clear browsing data..."
- Next, change the "Time Range" to "All time", and then de-select all check-boxes except for "Cached images and files". This will clear Chrome's cache without erasing any other information. Click "Clear data" to complete the process. Restart the browser in order to confirm the changes have taken affect.
- You're all set!
Firefox
- Click the 'hamburger' icon in the upper-right corner, and then click "Settings"
- Under "Privacy & Security", click "Clear Data"
- Leave the check-box "Cookies and Site Data" checked. You can un-check "Cached Web Content" if you would prefer. Click "Clear"
- Restart Firefox. You're all set!
Safari
- From the home screen, select "Settings" and then "Safari"
- At the bottom of the Settings screen, select "Clear cookies and data", and then confirm when prompted.
- Restart your browser and then try your action again. If you're still having issues, repeat the step above but this time select "Clear Cookies and Cache"
Microsoft Edge
- Go to "Settings" and then "Privacy, search, and services" and then "Choose what to clear"
- Under "Time range", select "All time"
- Next, un-check all of the boxes except "Cookies and other site data"
- Click "Clear now" and then restart the browser to confirm that the affects have taken place.
- You're all set!
