1.) After getting access to download Camtasia and/or Snagit from Distance Ed. Go to the Microsoft Store and download "Company Portal
2.) After downloading is complete, sign in using your Austin Peay log in
3.) After signing in, you will be prompted to allow your organization to manage your device. YOU MUST MAKE SURE THAT YOU ALLOW THE ORGANIZATION TO MANAGE THE DEVICE. If you don't allow the organization to manage your device, you will not be able to see the applications in the Company Portal.
4.) After signing into the Company Portal you will see any and all applications assigned to you.
5.) If the applications do not show up. Go down to the gear icon in the Company Portal and "Sync" your device. This will update your device with the company portal.
6.) Once the applications populate, simply select the one you want to install and click install.
7.) Once finished installing the application will now appear on your device.
