This can only be done on a PC. At this time it is not possible to recall messages on a Mac or with OWA. The process will only work if the message has not been read.
- In Outlook, go to the Sent folder and double-click on the email you wish to recall.
- Click File, then Resend or Recall.
- Click Recall This Message....
- Choose either Delete unread copies of this messages or Delete unread copies and replace with a new message and click OK.
