My card doesn't work when I try to use Pharos.

Have you tried either using your credentials to log in or using the Pharos app?
Are you currently enrolled in classes?
If you are currently enrolled, it is possible there is a problem with your card or account. Please provide the
APSU GOVSTECH Help Desk
with your
name, student A number, and callback information
so that we can resolve the issue for you.
If you are not currently enrolled you will need to obtain guest access from the library.
Has your card been reported lost or stolen?
If so, you will need to visit University Facilities (UC 207) and get a new card made.
Do you have a hold on your account?
If so, you will be unable to use Pharos until the hold has been resolved.
Did you recently get a new APSU ID card?
It takes a minimum of 1 hour for new cards to sync across to the Pharos system.
