Pharos says I have no funds in my account.

  • If your are registered for an upcoming semester but not a current semester, the funds will not be active until that semester begins.
  • It is possible you have used up your Pharos money. Go to the web portal to verify your printing history. The username is your OneStop username and the password is your OneStop password.
    • Once logged in, click Activity in the top left-hand corner to see all of your print jobs.
  • Do you have a valid APSU ID card? You must have an active APSU ID card in order to use Pharos.
