My card doesn't work when I try to use Pharos.

  • Have you tried either using your credentials to log in or using the Pharos app?
  • Are you currently enrolled in classes?
    • If you are currently enrolled, it is possible there is a problem with your card or account. Please provide the APSU Technology Help Desk with your name, student A number, and callback information so that we can resolve the issue for you.
    • If you are not currently enrolled you will need to obtain guest access from the library.
  • Has your card been reported lost or stolen?
    • If so, you will need to visit University Facilities (UC 207) and get a new card made.
  • Do you have a hold on your account?
    • If so, you will be unable to use Pharos until the hold has been resolved.
  • Did you recently get a new APSU ID card?
    • It takes a minimum of 1 hour for new cards to sync across to the Pharos system.
