If you find you're receiving too much junk email, you can block senders within Outlook so that you no longer receive emails from that sender.
- On a PC, highlight the email you want to block and then click the Junk button in the ribbon and choose Block Sender.

- On a Mac, highlight the email you want to block, and then click the Junk icon in the ribbon and choose Block Sender.

- In email over the web, highlight the email you want to block, and then click Junk and choose Junk, Phishing, or Block from the options.
