Unblocking Senders

If emails you should be receiving are going to the Junk folder, you can make sure they always go to your Inbox.

• On a PC, highlight the email you want to stop going to Junk and then click the Junk button in the ribbon and choose Not Junk.
  
   
• On a Mac, highlight the email you want to stop going to Junk and then click the Junk button in the ribbon and choose Not Junk.
  
   
• In email over the web, highlight the email you want to stop going to Junk and then click the Not junk button at the top of the screen.
