1.) Open your Avaya Cloud Application.
2.) Click Settings, select Phone, select Edit in the Voicemail Section.
3.) Here you can edit your schedule and record a voicemail greeting. Click Record.
4.) From here you can have the system call you to record a greeting be selecting Phone, or...
record a greeting from your computers microphone by selecting Microphone, or...
importing from another source by selecting Importing.
5.) After recording you can listen to your voicemail, re-record it and/or save it.
