How do I sync my student email to my Android?

  1. Swipe down from the top of the home screen to get to Settings.

  2. Tap Accounts.

  3. Tap Add account.

  4. Tap Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync.

  5. Input the entire email address and the password. Tap Manual setup.

  6. Input outlook.office365.com for the Exchange server. The Domain field should have a back slash before your username. The username field should read your entire email address. Make sure the checkbox for Use secure connection (SSL) is checked. Tap Next.

  7. A message about our security policy will display. Tap OK.

  8. Choose what is to be synced. DO NOT SYNC CONTACTS. This will sync with the entire APSU address book. Choose how often new mail is delivered. Tap Next.

  9. Our security policy will be displayed in detail. If you agree to the terms, tap Activate.

  10. Set up a name for the account. Tap Next.
