Wiping Data From Lost or Stolen Devices

If one of your mobile devices is ever stolen, as long as you have it connected to your APSU email account, you can completely erase the device. Just log into your email account in a web browser and follow the steps below to wipe the lost device.

  1. Log into your APSU email at http://mail.apsu.edu.
     
  2. Click on the gear symbol to the left of your picture, then click View all Outlook settings.

  3. Click General on the left.

  4. Click Mobile devices.

  5. A list of devices you have connected to your APSU will appear on the right. Hover over the one you wish to erase and click the erase device icon.
