Check if the desk has a red switch mounted to the furniture (you usually have to bend down to get enough angle to see it.) If that isn't glowing, turn that switch on.
If red switch is on, or not found, try the switch on the rack power unit. This unit also has a power outlet on the front to plug into. It's switch may be black or red, but make sure that is on.
If the only things not coming on are the monitor and the control panel, there may be another power strip mounted under the desk where your knees go when you are sitting. Make sure that power strip switch is in the on position.
If the only thing without power is the projector or wall display, see if there is a switch near the door with a cover over it. That switch kills power to the projector only and needs to be turned back on. The best way to check is if there are no lights on the projector to begin with.
If the above steps do not work, please call the GOVSTECH Help Desk at 931-221-4357 for assistance.
