Assign a Cart

Shoppers will have to assign their cart to a requisitioner to submit. There will be two opportunities to do so.

  1. Once you have created your cart, before proceeding to Checkout, you can assign your cart if you do not know the FOAP that is to be used. Click Assign Cart.

  2. Click SEARCH.

  3. Type the requisitioner’s last name, and click Search. You CANNOT assign the cart to the approver of the FOAP.

  4. Click on the + sign to the right of their name.

  5. You may put a message in for the requisitioner, then click Assign.

  6. If you know the FOAP to be charged, you may Proceed to Checkout. Address any issues listed on the right side under the purple box that says Draft (answer the question and input FOAP). You will then follow the instructions above to assign the cart to a requisitioner.
     
  7. YOU CANNOT ASSIGN THE CART TO THE APPROVER OF THE FOAP. This will make them the requisitioner and the approver. If they submit the requisition, the system will not allow them to approve it, and the cart will have to be deleted and started again.
