Outlook Error 500: "Something Went Wrong"

The following error message sometimes occurs for users when trying to access their APSU email account via the web application.

Solution: In your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.), clear your browser's cookies and cache, and then restart your browser and try again.

The keystroke to accessing those options is (Ctrl + Shift + Delete), or you can find it under the browser's settings menu, and then "Privacy". Each browser is a little different so feel free to call the HelpDesk if you cannot find it.
