Solution: To resolve this, you can remove your work and school account from Windows and sign into the applications with these instructions:

1. Open your Settings app
2. Select “Accounts” in the navigation menu
3. Click on “Access work or school”
4. Click on your “username@apsu.edu” or “username@my.apsu.edu” account, and select “Disconnect.”
5. Open an Office application, and select “Sign in”

​​​​​​​6. Enter your APSU email address and click Next.

7. Uncheck the box beside Allow my organization to manage my device and click No, sign in to this app only. Your copy of Office 365 is now licensed with your APSU account.
