Setting Up an SFTP Connection
To setup an SFTP connection from Oracle to a third party server, you must first have the third party vendor white list this IP Address 147.154.38.219. This IP is for all instances in our Oracle cloud Environment. Next, log in to Govs Suite and go to Reports and Analytics

Next, click on Browse Catalog on the left side. This will take you to the BI Transactional Reporting Application. Click on the picture icon on the top right and select Administration. Note, you must have the APSU BI Admin role to see the Administration link. If you do not, you must add it to your account in the security console.

Next click on Manage Publisher and then click on FTP under the Delivery section. You should see a screen like this

Click Add Server and add the SFTP server information. Note you must select the Private key for PROD or UAT and enter the password. The password is in our keepass file under the Oracle folder. Once all information has been added, click test connection. You should see a success message (Shown Below). If successful, click apply. Your connection is saved and can be used with reports/extracts
