PaperCut Printing System – Access & Troubleshooting

Overview

The APSU PaperCut system allows students to print documents from campus devices using their mobile ID card and APSU credentials. If you're experiencing issues accessing the system, follow the steps below to identify and resolve common problems.

Step-by-Step Troubleshooting

Login Issues

  • Ensure you are using your APSU username and password to log in to the PaperCut system.
  • Use your mobile ID card (stored on your phone) to authenticate at campus printers.

Enrollment Verification

  • Are you currently enrolled in classes?
    • If yes, there may be an issue with your account or mobile ID. Contact the University Facilities (UC207):
  • Your full name
  • Your student A-number
  • If no, you will need to request guest access from the library.

Mobile ID Problems

  • Lost or stolen ID card?
  • Visit University Facilities (UC 207) to have your mobile ID re synced.
  • Recently received a new mobile ID.
  • Allow at least 1 hour for your new ID to sync with the PaperCut system.

Account Holds

  • Do you have a hold on your student account?
  • Holds will prevent access to PaperCut services. You must resolve the hold before printing.
