PaperCut says I have no funds in my account.

If you're registered for an upcoming semester but not currently enrolled, your printing funds will not be active until the new semester begins.

You may have used up your PaperCut balance. To check your printing history:

  1. Go to the PaperCut web portal.
  2. Log in using your OneStop username and password.
  3. Click Summary in the left menu pane to view your balance, print jobs, and pages.

Also, make sure you have a valid and active APSU mobile ID card—it's required to use PaperCut.
