Setup Child Services Payroll SFTP

The Payroll SFTP connection that goes to the bank automatically follow these steps.

  1. Log into GovsSuite, then go to the Data Exchange (Make sure you have the appropriate Roles or you may not see it)
  2. Next click on Extract Definitions
  3. See screenshot below, use the search criteria to pull back the payments sectionUploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  4. Click on Payments and Then Delivery
  5. Here you can see the APSU Child Services Delivery Option, once configured you must associate it with the Report Category Below.
  6. Within the configuration the server name, is the same server name that is setup in BI Publisher. The SFTP settings are configured in BI Publisher.
