I get a 'no assertions found' error message when I try to log into Web Self-Service.

This means there is a space either before or after your username when you logged into OneStop.

  1. Log out of OneStop completely.
  2. Clear your browser history for all browsers.
  3. Log back into OneStop, paying close attention to the username to be sure there is no space before or after.
