Need to upgrade Onestop so that we have an out of date Linux, and the latest version of Laravel.

Description

Upgrade Onestop to latest Ubuntu and Laravel 9.X. This will require a new server, converting Laravel from 5.3 to 9.X, and starting fresh on a new Ubuntu OS.
