EAB's Student Success Management System, Navigate, connects administrators, faculty, staff, and students in a digital platform that is social, mobile, and flexible to meet the needs of the entire campus community. The Strategic Care module facilitates a coordinated network of student support for advisors, faculty, and staff by including: a student profile; campaign management and student communications; case management; appointment & event management. The Analytics and Machine Learning module contains: Effectiveness Analytics (to assess and evaluate the outcomes of interventions); Population Health Analytics (Monitor key indicators to identify intervention opportunities); Platform Analytics (Understand student student and cohort-level interactions with curated dashboards); Predictive Analytics (Understand student and cohort-level interactions with curated dashboards); Predictive Analytics (Understand predicted levels of student support based on your historical data); and Historical Trend Analytics (Evaluate student success performance trends). The platform supports tailored support to help students succeed with student engagement and onboarding, term-to-term tools, program and career exploration, a student self-service planner, scheduling & registration, and dedicated space for advisors. EAB also provides ongoing strategy and staff training.
