IMPORTANT MULTIFACTOR AUTHENTICATION ( MFA) NOTICE

Students must set up MFA themselves using a phone they personally own, keep with them, and can access whenever they sign in. Parents, guardians, and other family members SHOULD NOT set up MFA on a student’s behalf.  

Step 1: Go to https://onestop.apsu.edu and select Login. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 2: Enter Your APSU Student Email.

Enter your full APSU student email address, including @students.apsu.edu. 

Step 3A: Sign In with Your Password 

Enter your email password.

Next,  you will be prompted to approve the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) request that appears on your phone to continue signing in.

Step 3B: Use Passwordless Sign-In 

Open Microsoft Authenticator on your phone and  approve the number shown. 

Step 4:  OneStop Opens

After verification, the OneStop home page will Open.
