My student worker/GA needs access to department fileshare(s).

  1. Does the student worker/GA have an employee email account, ending in @apsu.edu? If not, one will need to be requested.
    • The account will be in the format of 1<username>@apsu.edu. If the student's email address is jdoe@my.apsu.edu, the employee account will be 1jdoe@apsu.edu.
       
  2. Once the account has been created, you can request that the student worker/GA be given access to the fileshare(s).
    • Please make sure to provide the exact name of the file share (such as \\apmyfs1\desklearning), the student's employee email account, and whether or not they need read only, or read/write access.
