At this time it is against policy to add APSU network printers to personal devices. These instructions are for university-owned PCs only.
Click the

button.
Type
Control Panel

at the top of the window that pops up.

Add a printer

The printer that I want isn’t listed

Click
Select a shared printer by name
. In the field below, type
\\apbrps3\
and then the name of the printer you wish to connect to. Most printers on campus are named by their location. Click the correct printer in the list and then click
Next
.
Wait as the printer connection is established.
Click
Next

Click
Finish
