Overview (What is it?)
The Technology Help Desk is responsible for the repair and maintenance on all university purchased printers. If the printer does not power after some basic troubleshooting steps, the printer may require service.
Eligibility (Who can request it?)
Any employee or student who is responsible for a printer purchased by the university.
Cost
There is no initial cost for this service. However, if parts or labor are required from an outside vendor the Technician responsible for the ticket will provide a quote or other documentation at that time.
