My computer is displaying a "There are no logon servers available to service the logon request" error message.

This means that your PC does not have an active ethernet connection.
Check that the ethernet (internet) cable is plugged securely into the back of the computer. It should have a blinking yellow or orange light.
Check that the same cable is plugged securely into the wall port.
If your cable is not blinking, it is possible that the port is not active. You will need to contact the Technology Help Desk to have the port activated.
