Opening Shared Calendars in Outlook on a PC

  1. In Outlook, go to the Calendar section.

  2. Click on Open Calendar in the ribbon and choose Open Shared Calendar….

  3. Click Name….

  4. Input the name of the user whose calendar you wish to access and click OK.

  5. Click OK. If that user has shared any calendars with you, they will open and load.
