In Outlook, go to the
Calendar
section.
Click on
Open Calendar
in the ribbon and choose
Open Shared Calendar…
.
Click
Name…
.
Input the name of the user whose calendar you wish to access and click
OK
.
Click
OK
. If that user has shared any calendars with you, they will open and load.
