Recalling Sent Messages In Outlook

This can only be done on a PC. At this time it is not possible to recall messages on a Mac or with OWA. The process will only work if the message has not been read.
 

  1. In Outlook, go to the Sent folder and double-click on the email you wish to recall.
     
  2. Click File, then Resend or Recall.

  3. Click Recall This Message....

  4. Choose either Delete unread copies of this messages or Delete unread copies and replace with a new message and click OK.
