Setting Up Signatures in Outlook on a Mac

Please review university guidelines for email signatures.

 

  1. In Outlook, click Outlook in the upper left hand corner and choose Preferences.

  2. Click Signatures.

  3. Click the plus sign to create a new signature.

  4. Give the signature a name. Input your desired signature in the box below and then click the Save icon.

  5. Choose if you want the signature to be displayed on new messages, replies and forwards, or both.
