Backing Up Outlook Contacts on a Mac

In Outlook, go to
File
, then click
Export…
.
Check the
Contacts
box and uncheck the others. Click
Continue
.
Choose a location to save your backup and give it a name. Click
Save
.
Click
Finish
.
To import your backed up contacts to a new account, go to
File
, then click
Export…
.
Choose
Outlook for Mac archive file (.olm)
and click
Continue
.
Locate your backup and click
Import
.
Click
Finish
. You have successfully imported your Contacts and they should appear in the People tab of Outlook.
