Any employee may make a change request for web systems or Banner. However, only data stewards may approve changes to the Banner environment. If you have a new Banner change request, you should discuss it with appropriate data stewards and IT staff prior. If this is a large project, it should be discussed with Enterprise Applications & Solutions Management first.
