Course Access Management Request

Use this form to manage access to a course shell in D2L.  With this form you can:

  • Request to enroll/unenroll users to past and present course shells/sandboxes
  • Verify enrollment/unenrollment in a course
  • Extend access to a course for students that have received an Incomplete

Course Copy Reviewer

*NEW* This FERPA compliant role allows faculty to view and copy content from a live course shell to their sandbox(es)/course shell(s), for a limited time.  Owner approval is required.

Incomplete

*NEW* This role allows students extended access to courses for which they have received a grade of ‘Incomplete’.  Instructor approval is required.

Instructor

This role provides instructor access to course shells in D2L.  Instructor enrollment in a live course is based on being listed as instructor of record in OneStop.

Read-Only Evaluator

This role is for evaluation purposes for a limited time.

SLA Student

This role is for students acting as Structured Learning Assistance (SLA) leaders.  Students must complete and pass FERPA training before enrollment can be processed.

Student

This role provides student access to course shells in D2L.  Student enrollment in a live course is based on being registered for a course in OneStop

Teacher’s Assistant

This role is for students assigned as TA for a course.  Students must complete and pass FERPA training before enrollment can be processed.

Teacher’s Assistant Plus

This role is for faculty requesting Instructor access without being instructor of record in OneStop or for non-credit courses.  Subject to approval by owner except in the case of live courses, which must be approved by Program/Course Coordinator or Chair.
