Sandbox Creation Request

Use this form to request a sandbox course shell in D2L.  With this form you can:

• Request an individual course sandbox to prepare a course in advance of the live course shell release date
• Request a Quality Matters course sandbox be created upon the initiation of the review process after submitting your Quality Matters (QM) Course Review Application
• Request sandboxes for other approved Departmental or University purposes
