Telephone Service: With a few exceptions, telephone service to all academic and administrative offices is maintained by OIT.
Voice Mail: All full-time employees are assigned a voice mail box. Departmental voice mail boxes are also available on request.
New Telephones: If you need an additional telephone, please check for an available network port. Network ports are either red or orange in color. If you have a computer with an active data connection in the location where you need the new phone, we can use the same line that connects the computer for telephone service. If you have an available jack, you only need to make a request for a new telephone here. Otherwise, you will also have to request a network port at the expense of the requesting department, here.
New Extensions: There is no charge for a new phone extension on an existing phone. A new extension can be requested here.
