Avaya Cloud by RingCentral is an enterprise-grade, unified communications platform that will replace the aging, on-campus VoIP/phone infrastructure with a modern, cloud-based solution ready to empower our campus and workforce. With RingCentral, university departments can more easily manage mobile workforce communication from a single app on their laptop or mobile device. Have you added a position in your department? Do you have an employee who needs their own phone? University departments can request a desktop phone for use on campus. Phone lines not activated within one month of setup will be returned to inventory and a new request will have to be made if the phone line is still required

Any University employee.
