Using Scheduling Assistant in Outlook on a PC

  1. In Outlook, go to the Calendar section.

  2. Click New Meeting.

  3. Add attendees in the To: field. Add a subject and location and then click Scheduling Assistant.

  4. All attendees will appear in a list on the left. On the right at the top you will see blue blocked off times when one or more attendees have a conflict.

  5. Choose an available time and then click Send.
