In Outlook, go to the
Calendar
section.
Click
New Meeting
.
Add attendees in the
To:
field. Add a
subject
and
location
and then click
Scheduling Assistant
.
All attendees will appear in a list on the left. On the right at the top you will see blue blocked off times when one or more attendees have a conflict.
Choose an available time and then click
Send
.
