Using Scheduling Assistant in Outlook on a Mac

In Outlook, go to the
Calendar
app.
Click
New Event
.
Add a
subject
for the meeting and
attendees
. The system will automatically choose the first time that is available for all attendees. If you would like to see additional available times, click
Scheduling Assistant
. Otherwise, skip to step 6.
All attendees will appear in a list on the left. Appointments will appear as red blocks on the right.
Choose an available block of time on the right and click
Done
.
Fill in additional information about the meeting if needed and click
Send
.
