Using Scheduling Assistant in Outlook on a Mac

  1. In Outlook, go to the Calendar app.

  2. Click New Event.

  3. Add a subject for the meeting and attendees. The system will automatically choose the first time that is available for all attendees. If you would like to see additional available times, click Scheduling Assistant. Otherwise, skip to step 6.

  4. All attendees will appear in a list on the left. Appointments will appear as red blocks on the right.

  5. Choose an available block of time on the right and click Done.

  6. Fill in additional information about the meeting if needed and click Send.
