Using Scheduling Assistant in Outlook OWA

  1. Log into your APSU email at mail.apsu.edu.
     
  2. Go to the Calendar app.

  3. Click New event.

  4. Add a subject for the meeting and attendees. The system will automatically choose the first 3 times that are available for all attendees. If you would like to see additional available times, click Scheduling Assistant. Otherwise, skip to step 7.

  5. All attendees will appear in a list on the left. Appointments will appear as blue blocks on the right.

  6. Choose an available block of time on the right and click Done.

  7. Fill in additional information about the meeting if needed and click Send.
