Reset Enterprise Account Password

Overview (What is it?)

OIT has implemented a campus-wide password policy in line with industry best practices to better secure our campus computing infrastructure and protect constituent information. We've enhanced our security measures, given the rise in hacker attempts targeting higher education institutions.

If you need to reset your password, you have three options:

  1. Reset it yourself by clicking the button on the right, accessible 24/7.
  2. Visit the Walk-Up Desk in the Morgan University Center with a photo ID during business hours Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM).
  3. Request assistance online through our Video ID Verification Process during business hours Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM).

We've transitioned to the live, self-service, and in-person options to provide an added layer of security.
