Overview (What is it?)
The Technology Help Desk is responsible for the repair and maintenance on all university purchased computers. If the computer will not power on after some basic troubleshooting steps, the computer may require service.
Eligibility (Who can request it?)
Any employee or student who is responsible for a computer issued by the university.
