New Employee Onboarding

 

Overview (What is it?)

Do you have a new employee?  Do you need a computer, share drive access, long distance code, etc? This service will allow hiring mangers to request all IT-related services for new employees with a single form. 

If Banner/Argos/UC4/Perceptive Content access is required, please fill out a separate ticket request here.

*If your new full-time employee is remote IT will supply 1 hardware setup ( i.e. laptop, monitor, etc..).The department will be responsible for all shipping and packaging costs associated with sending the equipment to the employee, including a signature requirement.  If an employee needs a second set of equipment for an on-site location it will be the responsibility of the department to purchase it. Alternatively, the employee can bring in the equipment that was shipped.

Phone lines not activated within one month of setup will be returned to inventory and a new request will have to be made if the phone line is still required
