Overview (What is it?)
Avaya Cloud by RingCentral allows users to make international telephone calls. If you are required to make international phone calls as a part of your work-related duties you will need to submit this service request. Please note, you must have supervisor approval prior to submitting the request.
Eligibility (Who can request it?)
Any University employee with an Avaya account.
