Request Avaya Text Access

Overview (What is it?)

The Campaign Registry, which manages campaigns on behalf of carriers, has updated its requirements. As part of this update, users will need to opt-in to send or receive texts on their Avaya softphone and mobile app. Please take the necessary steps to opt in and ensure uninterrupted service by reading the terms of the agreement and completing the service request form.

Please carefully review these terms before submitting your access request.

 Avaya Terms of Use Agreement:

  1. To only send texts to individuals who have opted into receiving text messages by providing you with their number for said purposes.
  2. To stop sending text messages to any individual responding to a text asking you to stop sending text messages or to opt out of text messaging.
  3. To not share phone numbers or other information obtained through texting with third parties.

By submitting your Avaya Text Access request form, you certify that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms as described. Failure to comply will result in the revocation of texting privileges.

Professional staff, administrative staff, and faculty.
