Overview (What is it?)
This service request is to request an account for a university affiliate.
University Affiliate: Any person associated with the university in a capacity other than as a student or employee, who receives university services without remuneration. This includes Interns, Volunteers, AmeriCorps members, Vendors, Contractors, Sodexo employees, as well as other individuals that needs access to university resources that can not easily be categorized.These accounts cannot be provisioned through standard processes and will require manual account creation after completing necessary approval steps for security and auditing purposes.

- Approval Process: Affiliates must undergo a thorough approval process to ensure compliance with security and auditing standards.
- Account Creation: Once approved, accounts will be manually created by the IT department.

- Auditing: Regular audits will be conducted to ensure that all affiliate accounts comply with company policies and standards
