OIT has implemented a campus-wide password policy aligned with Microsoft account complexity requirements to enhance security for all alumni accounts. This initiative is part of our broader effort to protect university systems and alumni data from increasing cybersecurity threats targeting higher education.
If you're an alumnus needing to reset your password, you have three options:
- Self-Service: Enroll in the Password Manager to reset your password anytime, 24/7.
- In-Person: Visit the Walk-Up Desk in the Morgan University Center with a photo ID during business hours (contact GovsTech at 931-221-4357 for details).
- Online Assistance: Use our Video ID Verification Process during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM).
These options are designed to provide flexibility while maintaining strong security standards.
